for as long as i can remember i have been absolutely TERRIFIED of heights, being so much as 10 feet in the air makes me want to puke 🤮 but seeing as i’m already on my first ever solo travel journey and testing my limits left right and centre, flying 1500 feet in a wooden basket seemed suddenly surmountable 🎈
take this as a sign to face your fears, or else you might lose out on the most beautiful views of your life 🫶🏼☀️

first story back after a month and a half — she’s still got it 🙂↕️
absolutely wild story out of georgian bay / owen sound, where 23 ice fishers were on a sheet of ice that broke off and floated into the bay, leaving them stranded two kilometres from shore. every fisher needed to be air lifted out, and while some sustained minor injuries or got hypothermia, everyone survived and is doing well. a local golf club stepped up to warm folks up after being rescued.

I truly can’t believe how fast it all went by. I had the most amazing time with my teammates, with athletes, with fans, and with the town of Livigno, which has charmed me in so many ways 🏔️🫶🏼
In many ways I feel unworthy of such an incredible experience, and had a lot of pinch me moments just like in did in Paris. I often wonder what led me here. But I’m so grateful to have been given this opportunity again and hope sincerely that it won’t be the last.
