What’s good Instagram? It’s been over a year since I posted on this account. How’s everyone doing? How’s everyone’s mental health almost a year into this pandemic? Anyone have any achievements marked off their list yet?

ALWAYS REMEMBER THIS 🤯 Something I’ve been working on lately is my self-discipline. For many years (translation: my entire life) I’ve done what I feel like doing or what I wanted to do. I haven’t always done what I SHOULD BE DOING or NEEDED TO BE DOING. - Its so easy to skip a workout. Its so easy to hit the snooze button in the morning. Just one more beer. Just one more shot. Ehhh its just a burger. Ehhh its just a few bites of ice cream. I’m going to bed late, I’ll be fine in the morning. I’m going to show up late, they’ll understand. - I’m starting to realize that if I want to achieve certain goals in my life, I need to establish rules and abide by them. Its not easy, but it does get easier. This is true for your life goals, relationship goals, friendship goals, health and fitness goals, career goals, financial goals, or any other things you’re looking to improve upon. - All of the most successful and well-respected people in the world all share one common trait: DISCIPLINE. I’ve made the conscious decision to be more disciplined in my life... especially after taking this small journey to Runyon Canyon. - Thanks for coming to me Ted Talk, Tyler ✌🏻 Btw shoutout to my new photographer @jazzy.fit.baby 😂📸

Want the honest truth? 🤔 Too many people worry about the scoreboard and it distracts them from the reality of their success... - Lets talk about some prime examples... If an entrepreneur makes smart choices using a combination of data and their gut, the results don’t particularly matter. If you are consistent with quality choices and use your judgement, it will pay off for you eventually. Someone who goes to the gym and eats healthy should worry about how their clothes fit and how they look, NOT what the scale says each time they step on it. - With friendships and relationships... If you always do the right thing as much as you can and you’re always honest with yourself and the people you interact with; if something doesn’t work out, you’ll always know that you did what you should and what you can ultimately do. - Despite what many people preach, DO NOT be so “result oriented.” Most successful people and masters of their industries work towards perfecting their form and their methods, the results will come naturally. - Tag a friend who can benefit from this, then put any questions in the comments, I’d love to answer them for you 🙏🏼 Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk, Tyler

BE SURE TO ALWAYS CHECK THE FUCKING BOX ✅ I’ll admit, my biggest battle each day is fighting the seemingly never-ending pile of tasks. The to-do list that never seems to end. It almost seems like the more things on the list, the less you accomplish because of the clutter, the feeling of being overwhelmed, and even hopelessness of ever being at your own peace. Here’s the funny part. AFTER we do the things we have been putting off, we ALWAYS feel better about it. THEN we ask ourselves, “why didn’t I do this sooner? It feels great!” THEN the natural progression is to lie to ourselves and say “wow that was so easy, next time I’m just going to get it done right away because I remember how good it feels…” Well not so fast. Thats how we are with a lot of things. Going to the gym is a perfect example! Its hard to get there, we don’t want to go, it sounds like the worst idea in the world… until what? Until you’re actually at the gym, 25 minutes into your workout and you feel the PUMP and ENERGY. I want to come again tomorrow or maybe even later that evening! But then you don’t… Another example? Going out to dinner or with friends and NOT drinking. It always feels good to go to bed sober. It feels even better to wake up the next day sober! You promise yourself you’ll do it more often because it feels SO much better, but guess what? Crown Apple & Cranberry PLEASE. It’s never about being perfect, its about doing what you can to improve yourself and creating habits that make you slightly better than what you were yesterday. Don’t beat yourself up over it. It will happen over and over and over again, you’ll likely never get over this mindset… But just remember the feeling of accomplishment, remember how much better it feels than the dread and regret. GO DO THE SMALL THINGS FIRST. START ACCOMPLISHING. ALTHOUGH DOING IT MAY SEEM DREADFUL, IT WILL ALWAYS FEEL BETTER THAN PUTTING IT OFF. CHECK THE FUCKING BOX! Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk, Tyler ✅

For the past few months I’ve been struggling. I’ve been content. I’ve settled. I’ve been doing the minimum. Its been VERY hard to push myself and I’ve been overridden with mediocrity. The depression and anxiety comes and goes. I’m tired of it and I’m finally making a change. I have done what I’ve done with minimal energy and effort and I’m embarrassed to continue doing so. I’m done making excuses for myself and for others. I’m done with bringing negativity into every situation and not being as positive as I can. I’m done sleeping in and staying up later than I should.🤦🏻‍♂️ I’d wake up at 10:30am to start my day… then I’d stay up until 5am (after club hours) and sometimes pig out on non diet friendly foods at night. I’ve been willing to work, just not hard. I’ve been willing to push myself, just not far. I’ve been willing to make changes, but just not ones that make me uncomfortable. I have been sabotaging MYSELF and its over with. I am capable of more and I’m ready to do more. 💯 Time to level the fuck up and get to work 🚀📈 Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk, Tyler

22 years ago, this legend was born 🐐 Shocking? I know! Let me tell you some things that have been on my mind… I’m blessed to be doing what I love and I am going to continue busting my ass improving on my businesses and getting them to where they need to be and continue improving on my talents. Nothing is going to stop that from happening, I promise you and myself that! @TycoSocial is on it’s way to double our clientele by Quarter 2, which is lots of work for myself and my ONE employee, but I love what I do and want to be dedicated to helping as many people as possible reach their social media goals. @TycoClothingCo is about to debut SZN 002 in the next couple of weeks for Spring 2019. Finally some new apparel coming your way! This year I’m going to stop holding back on this and go full steam ahead! Quick Life Advice: If you’re struggling in any way or feel alone pursuing your dreams remember that this is your life and you have to keep pushing no matter what. In the beginning DON’T LISTEN to anyone. Instead trust your gut and trust the fact that everyone and everything will work itself out in the end. It always does! Everyone can relate to this! That being said, I hope all of you make positive steps daily towards your goals and dreams. Even doing one thing a day will help you in the long run. Do it for you! Do it for your future self! Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk, ~Tyler *PS - You got three chances to celebrate with me this week! Barsmith TONIGHT if you want to celebrate my birthday birthday! Barsmith Saturday for Solstice Saturdays and Sunday TBD!

Taking a QUICK look back to 2018 since I didn’t post before the New Year... - It amazes me what I was able to accomplish in 365 days, I was able to CRUSH ALL MY GOALS (I actually missed out on a few of them), but I’m thankful I still have some of those goals to still complete.. Here’s why. Progress. My personal definition of progress is to fall down 9 times, but get up 10. In 2018 I started two businesses... ▪️ @tycosocial - My social media management which is currently helping over 100+ people monthly succeed on social media and around 350 people in 2018 alone. If you’re struggling getting the results you want on social media, please don’t hesitate to message me! ▪️ @tycoclothingco - My personal clothing brand that will be rolling full steam very shortly. 2018 I was just testing the waves 🌊 Moreover, I was able to finally start building a small team of people to help me achieve my goals easier and for me to help them reach theirs just as easy. - Seeing growth not in total numbers, but in yourself is what’s most special. You start seeing the world different. You have a new prospective and start becoming unstoppable. 📣 My question to you is... - What are THREE goals that you have set for yourself in 2019? I’m genuinely curious! 👇🏻 Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk ~Tyler

Life is best when your best friends are on the same mindset and help push you forward and help you level up. - Life is best when you generously tip a waiter/waitress. - Life is best when you randomly help strangers that are in desperate need out, especially during the holidays. - Life is best when you gift your friends randomly or take them out somewhere fun. - Life is best when you treat yourself. - Life is best when you push yourself and go the extra mile and make one positive step forward. - Living your best life doesn't always mean having millions in the bank and show off your fancy new cars or jewelry. It's nice when money makes a difference and doesn't make you different. - Start living your best life. - Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk 👨🏻‍💻
