Being a Co-Founder of @hollywoodmvas alongside @dannypollack_ has been one of the most incredible and meaningful journeys of my life.
What started as a phone call from Danny, sparked an idea, and evolved into a vision… we quietly worked to start piecing things together not knowing if or how it would really work or stick. But now, here we are in its second year and it has grown into something far greater than I could have imagined it would. The Hollywood Music Video awards ethos is to give creatives a space to not only be seen, but truly honored for the work, the sacrifice, and the artistry they pour into every frame.
Putting on an event of this caliber has about 9 million moving pieces behind the scenes and a year-round effort alongside our other jobs/shoots and personal lives. The amount of prep, emails, calls, meetings and strategy session can’t be counted, but we push to make every detail of this what it’s meant to be with the driving force and shared love and respect for music videos and the people who have dedicated their lives to this craft!
So deeply proud and grateful to build something that gives a bigger platform to recognize the music video community in a way that it truly deserves. It’s both a dream and an honor to bring this award show to life.🤍✨ Who’s ready for year 3!?

Although we were very sleepy a lot of the times… but there was nothing we would have dreamt of more than to be celebrating @emilytarallo on her birthday weekend in NYC!
