She was teased as a child for her winky eye, no boobs/butt, big lips and being too skinny. She wanted desperately to be everyone’s friend. She hated her lips. She covered her eye at meals. She wanted to be anybody but her all thru school.
Now 40+ years later she is thankful for her full lips, works hard for a smaller more toned frame, complains her boobs too big and learned her winky eye is actually Marcus Gunn Jaw Winking Syndrome. (Thanks Tee❣️) She wrestled for days with the thought of posting these beautiful pics because her weakend smaller right eye (left in pic) is showing very prominently in the 2nd pic.

Watching my mom reflect on her Mothers’s Day Soundbath experience I hosted for the women in my family two years ago, reminded me exactly why I created Nurture & Flow.
So many women spend their lives caring for everyone else, carrying so much, and rarely giving themselves permission to fully slow down and receive care in return.

Historical and astronomical research placed the crucifixion on April 3, AD 33 and the resurrection would have taken place Sunday, April 5 AD 33. That was 1,993 years ago give or take (using the historical Julian calendar not the Gregorian system). I’m no mathematician or biblical scholar so don’t come from me.
