Just finished working on the latest landing page concepts for Mentora — a platform designed for experienced and retired professionals who still have valuable knowledge to share with the next generation.
The idea behind Mentora is simple:
Experience should not lose value because of age or retirement.
We’re building a space where professionals can: • Mentor startups and students
• Offer consulting sessions
• Work flexibly on their own terms
• Set their own availability and pricing
• Continue creating impact through experience

Hi, I’m Akash — a developer currently building Mentora, a platform designed for experienced professionals who still have valuable knowledge, guidance, and industry insights to offer.
While working on this MVP, I realized something:
Many professionals with 15–20+ years of experience slowly become invisible to traditional hiring systems, even though their experience could help thousands of people.
That’s the reason behind Mentora.
A platform where experienced professionals can: • Mentor and guide others

• Work on their own schedule
• Set their own session pricing
• Stay connected with the next generation
Currently working on: • Wireframes
• UI/UX
• User flows
• AI-assisted design workflows
• MVP architecture

Mentora is being built as a platform where professionals can: Mentor at their own comfort
• Set their own session rates
• Work according to their schedule
• Share experience without traditional job pressure
Also, exploring tools like Stitch for UI building has been surprisingly smooth.
Been designing and experimenting with the UI using a mix of AI tools + my own ideas/workflow to speed up the MVP process. ✨

Which one is good in design for product
We are building for experienced professionals who still have so much to offer… but fewer opportunities to contribute.
People with 15–30 years of real industry experience often get overlooked because of age, career breaks, or changing technology trends.
But experience never becomes irrelevant.
Mentor Bridge is being built to create a space where experienced professionals can mentor, guide, consult, and work with flexibility — without needing to fit into traditional hiring systems.
Because knowledge built over decades should not go to waste.
And the next generation deserves access to people who have already walked the path.
Building this with a vision to connect experience with opportunity. ❤️
