🍣 Finally sharing ITO, a Michelin Guide gem where only 16 seats make for the most intimate omakase experience.
Chef Ito’s creations were stunning, with the uni, ikura, and caviar bowl being a standout dish that I’ll be thinking about for a long time. The fish is flown in from Japan, so you know it’s amazing quality. We ended on a light and refreshing strawberry panna cotta for dessert. The beautiful ambiance and warm service made the evening even more special.
✨ Highly recommend if you’re looking for a special omakase in NYC. It is $295 per person for a 2 hour experience (2 seatings offered, 6pm and 8:30pm Tues~Sat)
