CREATIVE PROCESS : sketch vs set
Realised the original sketch for the lip had changed on the day. The flow state at the time I was in resulted in me changing to a neutral cool tone lip with a shimmer center + gloss coat. I think this decision helped keep the look bold but with a softer approach. Although during my reflection periods after seeing the final shots - I wish I did try my inverted ombre lip combo… which was my bad + I got to add this lip design to another shoot a week later which worked out better for, BUT would of been cool to try this lip combo here too. This is all part of the creative process and practice days though. 📝
