Nobody arrives at a workshop on #ArtificialIntelligence feeling neutral about it.
In March 2026, thirty trainers from MS TCDC and the @danidafellowship gathered in Tanzania to rethink how they train in #BlendedLearning settings, with AI as their working partner. The ITCILO led a three-day workshop built around three principles: make learning playful, put AI to work at every phase of the training cycle, and design for inclusion first. The question running underneath all of it: when does #AI support the trainer, and when does human judgement matter most?

ITCILO welcomes the delegation of INCAF — Instituto Nacional de Capacitación y Formación of El Salvador — to its Campus.
Building on around 17 years of collaboration, this institutional visit is an opportunity to reflect on a long-standing partnership and explore new ways to innovate, strengthen, and expand cooperation in the years ahead.
The exchange focuses on vocational training, learning innovation, skills development, and future-oriented approaches to capacity building.
For Gabriel Pellegrina, the journey did not end at the United Nation Turin Campus.
After joining #FLSSU24, Gabriel was admitted as Master’s Candidate in International Relations and Political Science at the Geneva Graduate Institute (IHEID), one of the world’s leading universities for the graduate study of global affairs.
Reflecting on his experience, Gabriel describes #FLSSU as a turning point: a space where he gained a deeper understanding of the ILO and South-South Cooperation, alongside practical skills that strengthened his path into advanced international studies.
Last April 30, the FLSSU Team hosted a webinar dedicated to Alumni Experience-sharing: a conversation worth joining for everyone charting their own path toward a career in support of South-South and Triangular Cooperation initiatives.

Over the past few weeks, the ITCILO INTEGRŌ facility brought together its alumni in Beijing, Shanghai, and Xi’an for a series of ✨Alumni Nights✨, creating space to reconnect and reflect on professional journeys beyond the virtual, residential, or hybrid classroom.
What emerged is a community in motion: alumni stepping into international organizations, contributing to public institutions, and driving change within their own contexts. These evenings were a reminder that the journey does not end with a course, it continues through relationships, opportunities, and shared experiences.
And coming to Turin is not only about courses and classes. It is about becoming part of a living ecosystem of learning, exchange, culture, and professional growth that extends far beyond the classroom.
We are proud to witness the continued growth and impact of our alumni community in China, and remain committed to supporting their journeys beyond the programme.

Hundreds of labour dispute cases. Every working day. That is the reality many institutions face, yet, as the ILO (2025) notes, without digital systems this often leads to “inefficiencies, delays, document loss, and compromised access to justice.”
The right digital case management system makes those cases visible, reveals patterns, and supports early intervention before disputes escalate. This course shows how to make that shift.
