L’Ambasciata d’Italia con ICE Doha ha riunito una selezione di personalità qatarine che hanno partecipato a fiere commerciali in Italia nel 2025 su invito delle istituzioni italiane. I partecipanti sono stati invitati a illustrare la propria esperienza ed a condividere spunti operativi.
L’incontro è stato occasione di dialogo e confronto sulle opportunità di collaborazione economica e commerciale tra i nostri due Paesi, valorizzando le esperienze maturate in Italia e le prospettive future di cooperazione.
L’incontro si è inserito nel quadro delle attività commerciali che rafforzano il ponte tra Italia e Qatar, favorendo scambi e partnership strategiche tra imprese e istituzioni, in un’ottica di diplomazia della crescita.

Il meet-up con il CEO di Invest Qatar, Sheikh Ali bin Alwaleed Al Thani, al padiglione italiano — dove assieme ai rappresentanti della Free Zone Qatar ha incontrato le aziende italiane con l’Ambasciatore Paolo Toschi — riflette l’impegno condiviso tra Qatar e Italia a rafforzare la collaborazione strategica tra i due Paesi. Il padiglione gestito da Italy Trade Agency ha accolto numerosi incontri e presentazioni aperte a tutti.
La “diplomazia per la crescita” è sostegno concreto allo sviluppo economico e all'innovazione, al fianco delle nostre imprese all’estero.

The Web Summit 2026 in Doha is a great success, marking Italy’s first institutional participation with innovative projects in the fields of AI, fintech, digital transformation, and sustainable technologies.
The meet-up with Invest Qatar’s CEO, Sheikh Ali bin Alwaleed Al Thani, at the Italian pavilion —where, together with representatives of Free Zone Qatar, he met with Italian companies in the presence of Ambassador Paolo Toschi— reflects the shared commitment of Qatar and Italy to further strengthen strategic cooperation. Over 100 guests joined us to explore “Italian Cooking: Culture, Innovation & Mediterranean Health,” with insights from Prof. Cristian Del Bo’, Dr. Annalisa Terranegra, and opening remarks by Mohammad Ali Hameed and H.E. Ambassador Paolo Toschi.
