I already shared this in French,
but I also wanted to post it in English, as I mentioned before.
It really matters to me that this space feels accessible to friends here and elsewhere, wherever you’re reading from 🌍Welcome to my world 🤍
Alors prends ton temps.
Reviens. Essaie. Ajuste.
🤍
This Friday marked the spring equinox ☀️
a gentle shift, where light slowly returns after winter.
It’s a time when energy begins to move again,
when we come out of introspection
and into more clarity, momentum, and openness.
Just like in nature, something starts to circulate,
to soften, to emerge 🤍
It’s an invitation to pause,
to come back to yourself,
and to welcome what is ready to grow.
For some, it looks like a spring reset at home.
For others, it’s journaling, reflecting,
or setting intentions for what they want to manifest.
In yogic traditions,
this transition is often honored through movement.
Practices like the 108 sun salutations
become a form of moving meditation ;
to release, rebalance, and begin again.
Yesterday morning, I took this time to practice,
and I also had the chance to share this moment
with someone who holds a very special place in my journey 🤍
Saw this idea from @bylinaju and loved it!
It made me realise how many moments of “practice” we overlook, just because they don’t look like yoga.
So here are a few more, maybe you’ve been already practicing all along ☀️
One of the side project I don’t talk about much is communication.
I’ve worked on it for a few small brands before, but for the past few years, my favorite one has been supporting my partner’s work 🤍
He’s a dancer and creates events that bring people together around their shared passion: dance.
I’m lucky to support him in this adventure by creating the visual world around it. This weekend we organised the 2nd edition of Road to Electro, a dance battle, and it was a beautiful one!
Featuring an amazing team and artists, if you’d like to discover some of the people connected to this wonderful world:
best electro DJ in heeeeere @djarmee_
amazing works by @jinzo.sneakermasks and @elia_licata_
and of course, the best (from a very objective point of view) @nico_electro ✨
Also big thank you @spazio23gallarate ☀️
Thank you to everyone who came and shared this moment with us 🌍

Seven years ago, yoga found me.
Last year, I chose it back.
This space is about movement, reflection, touch, travel, art, love, and the work that never really ends.
Between France and Italy.
Between strength and softness.
A little woo-woo. Very grounded.
Stay if you feel it 🩵
