Nabs has come back inspired (and more than slightly hungover) and we are excited to see how he incorporates what he has learned into our upcoming cocktail menu launch.

A milk chocolate cigar, delicately dusted with cocoa, reveals a melting praline heart. Its ash is made from white chocolate naturally tinted with vegetal charcoal, adding a subtle and delicate crunch.
This dessert is paired with a signature cocktail 🍸, created on a base of Issan rum @issanrum , a Thai artisanal rum from @larhumeriedesamui , blended with homemade chestnut cream and a delicate caramel note. A warm pairing that enhances the roundness of chocolate and concludes the ABDM Culinary Experience 🌟
