One of the most efficient ways (for me 😇) to keep everything hygienic especially when working with more than one client (aside from the usual mask wearing, hand washing, sanitizing of products and brushes):
✅ disposables
✅ transferring products on a palette 🎨
✅ no double dipping (so you’re not transferring anything to your client’s skin, or vise versa- to your products)
✅ close your makeup products- this is why I get a few swatches on a tissue for each client, then close the palettes. This keeps away airborne dust, skin cells, hair, saliva, 🦠 from my makeup products.
I always tell myself to be the makeup artist I myself would love to hire, and being a germaphobe, it has set my standards pretty high 😷
