Men who have lived significant lives are men who never waited: not for money, security, ease, or women. Feel what you want to give most as a gift, to your woman and to the world, and do what you can to give it today. Every moment waited is a moment wasted, and each wasted moment degrades your clarity of purpose
Iāve been an artist, entrepreneur, sales and marketing professional, and educator in different seasons of my life.
Iāve also been bilingual since day one, speaking and writing in both English and Spanish. Iāve always used both when necessary, but I never intentionally focused on a Spanish-speaking market in my work until recently.
At first, it became a priority because many of my clients over the past year do not speak English. But now Iām seeing firsthand something Iāve always known deep down. People who speak another language in this country are often overlooked and underestimated.
In reality, itās a strength.
Itās hunger. Itās resilience. Itās perspective. Itās drive.
Thereās a different level of appreciation and work ethic when youāve had to navigate systems that were not built for you.
When that community finds someone who genuinely understands them, someone who reflects them, represents them, and truly brings value, the connection is powerful. Itās real and immediate.
I understand now, more than ever, how important it is to find someone who truly represents you. Someone who speaks your language, literally and culturally, and has your back.
If youāre bilingual and you have a skill set that can serve people who resonate with you, step into it.
Be that bridge. Be that voice. Be that value.
Peace. Blessings. Lessons.

Dear America,
get that hate out of your heart. On a high level, itās unhealthy for everyone. On a basic level, itās unhealthy for you, and honestly, you look ridiculous.
Iāve seen people say, āIām not racist and I have nothing against Puerto Ricans, but I donāt speak Spanish, so that was the worst halftime show ever.ā
Language is one thing. If you choose to see it only as an obstacle, thatās on you. But when music or any form of art is involved and the artist is real, the impact always goes beyond language.
Last year, people were mad about Kendrick too. He speaks English, yet not everyone understood the message. That doesnāt mean the message wasnāt there. He also communicated through visuals and intention. Some people got it. Some didnāt.
If youāve done anything meaningful in a major city or anywhere where you worked with overlooked, underprivileged, multilingual, or marginalized communities, then you already know. You understand there has always been more to America than a one dimensional, closed minded or racist view.
All of us contribute. All of us push things forward.
All of us carry tradition while creating change.
Thatās American, right?
So why are you mad at language?
If you donāt understand, maybe youāre not the one being spoken to.
If you want to understand, then learn the language or look beyond the words and focus on the meaning.
Be human, strive to understand.
And if that meaning makes you uncomfortable, or you don't care for or don't support that meaning, then too bad. Youāre living in the past. Live with it, because we ain't going nowhere.
With nothing but love,

I took a "vacation" during the holiday season a few weeks ago and did nothing work related. I hung out with family, watched movies, watched shows, played Madden and worked out only a few random days.
I told myself that after that break, I would work more than I did the previous year, DO the things that I only spoke or thought about, stop putting things off and just overall get shit done.
We tell ourselves ālaterā like itās guaranteed.
Like time owes us patience.
But later is a quiet loss.
Later the energy fades.
Interest fades.
Days turn into nights.
People grow up.
People grow old.
Life moves whether we move or not.
Most regret isnāt about failing.
Itās about not showing up when the chance was right in front of us.
If it matters, donāt archive it.
Donāt postpone the conversation.
Donāt wait for perfect conditions.
Move while the door is still open.
Now is the only time that actually exists.

I enjoy the winter.
To me, itās grind season.
Maybe itās growing up in Chicago.
Maybe itās a Midwest thing.
Maybe itās just cold-weather mentality.
A lot of people slow down in the winter.
Itās too cold. They donāt want to move. They donāt want to do much.
For me, itās the opposite.
Winter is quiet.
People cancel plans. Calendars open up.
You can finally reach people you couldnāt reach all year.
Meetings happen. Conversations happen. Planning happens.
I'm not waiting for spring, Iām building.
Winter is perfect for focus.
Perfect for laying foundations.
Perfect for getting the year started the right way.
No distractions.
No excuses.
Just work.
