📢 ISE Major Fair 2026 Announcement The ISE Major Fair will be held on March 25 to introduce the ISE major and provide information about the ISE graduate program. Date: March 25 Time: • 17:00 – 18:30 | ISE Major Fair • 18:30 – 19:00 | ISE Graduate Program Info Session Location: Libertas B Hall, Room 202 Participants are required to register in advance by scanning the QR code or by accessing the ISED Linktree. ISED 학사 교육과정(졸업요건 포함)이 일부 개편되었음을 안내드립니다. 이번 개편은 바이오융합전공, 에너지환경융합전공, 나노과학공학전공에 적용되며, 26학번 신입생부터 시행됩니다. 기존 재학생은 원칙적으로 입학 당시의 졸업요건을 적용받습니다. 또한, 이번 개편을 통해 신설된 교과목은 26학번 이전 입학생의 경우 전공 선택과목으로 인정됨을 안내드립니다. 이번 조정은 ISED가 지향해 온 융합형 교육 체계를 기반으로, 학생의 진로 설계 자율성을 확대하고 전공 구조의 유연성을 강화하기 위한 목적에서 이루어졌습니다. 교육과정 세부 사항 및 학번별 적용 기준은 UIC 홈페이지 Academic Guidelines에 게시된 내용을 기준으로 하오니 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다. 감사합니다. ISED 대표단 드림 - 📢 1️⃣ Notice on Partial Revision of the ISED Academic Curriculum (Applicable to Students Admitted from the Class of 2026 Onward) 📢 Dear ISED Students, Hello, this is the ISED Student Representatives. We would like to inform you that the ISED undergraduate curriculum (including graduation requirements) has undergone partial revisions. This revision applies to the Bio-Convergence, Energy & Environmental Science Engineering, and Nano Science & Engineering majors, and will be implemented starting with students admitted in 2026. Current students will continue to follow the graduation requirements that were in place at the time of their admission. In addition, newly established courses introduced through this revision will be recognized as major elective courses for students admitted prior to the Class of 2026. This adjustment has been made based on the interdisciplinary education framework that ISED has long pursued, with the goal of expanding students’ autonomy in planning their academic and career paths while strengthening the flexibility of the major structure. For detailed information on the revised curriculum and the applicable standards by years of admission, please refer to the Academic Guidelines on the UIC website. Thank you.
