The agreement will remain in effect for a period of 3 years, or until the investor has received a total return equal to 2X their initial investment, whichever occurs first. During the recoupment and return phase, profits will be split 50/50. After the 2X return is achieved, the profit split will adjust to 30% investor / 70% artist for the remainder of the term.
