Since last Feburary, I've had the gift of being Assistant Lighting Director @bostonballet . It has truely been a wonderful learning opportunity, and I'm so greatful to @stirlingbaker , Jon Gonda, @anna.brev , and the whole Ballet production team for welcoming me into the fold. I've seen some of the greatest art in my whole life here, and it's only been a year! Happy Nutcracker, can't wait to return in the Spring!
"The Wolves" with The Hive at The Boston Center for the Arts asks how a group of young women can stay together when the larger world around them is doing everything in it's power to tear them apart. How will they unite to prepare for the darkness ahead? This cast and production team truly was firing on all cylinders. As the Lighting Designer, it was a fun challenge to figure out how transform a blackbox theatre into an indoor soccer field under broad, florescent light, and then break that world for the "panic attack dream world" of the penultimate scene.

"Top Girls" at Boston College was an evening of powerful women and their nuanced stories; which were filled with pain, sacrifice, and passion. As Lighting Designer, I had a lot of fun creating this world with the team.

Another Glimmerglass Summer is in the books! This year I played the role of Lighting Supervisor Apprentice. Lights, paperwork, boats, and campfires all contributes to a great season.
We were spoiled by a wonderful team this year, and I'm so greatful to Bridget @bridgetswilliams , @grahamzellersld , and @jazzzery for showing me the way of the "Supe". On top of that, our electrics team was unparalleled. And to those not listed here who made my Summer better- i hope you know who you are. Thank you all!
In the darkening times, the company of “Crowns” at Moonbox Productions have been singing a joyful noise unto the world. I hope I did the Lighting Design justice in between my clapping, foot stomping, and humming. The music, voices, and energy of this production simply didn’t know where to stop. Happy closing weekend!

"We must all accept that the danger may be fatal, and we must all have faith that it won't be."
What a blessed time it was to design lighting on A Wrinkle In Time @wheelockfamilytheatre . I had such a fun time determining the look of each planet and the extra-demnsional space between them. The entire company poured their heart into it. Until we Tesser again!

"Let's fill the world with light and love!" I'm very thankful to the folks @berkshiretheatregroup for having me come design for Disney's Frozen Jr! What a great team of MVPs! Never would have seen myself here when I first saw this film in Middle School. I'm glad to see this story still empowering young people all these years later.

Here are some photos of my Lighting Design for "John Deserves to Die" by @rachel.b.greene , with @freshinktheatre at the @boscenterforarts . It was an empowering, gut-wrenching, and triumphant tale of the destruction of the oppressor by the oppressed. A self-obsessed professor with a record of assault gets his commupence when the students studying under him decide to not take it anymore and metaphorically burn his establishment to the ground.
