A full week dedicated to connection, growth, and leveling up - bringing our team together to build skills, invest in development, and get energized for what’s ahead.
We kicked things off with an inspiring keynote from Dr. J.P. Pawliw-Fry, followed by interactive sessions including case studies, role plays, presentations, and even an AI workshop for our Head Office team.
We wrapped it all up with a Spring Activity Day at Horseshoe Valley Resort and Vettä Nordic Spa. 🌿

Spring Isaac Day🌱
We took a pause from the day-to-day to come together as a team - connecting, reflecting, and aligning on where we’re headed next. These moments matter, and they give us space to step back, share ideas, and build the kind of culture that doesn’t happen by accident.

Isaac Operations is excited to welcome Kate MacWilliam as our newest Senior Consultant.
Kate is joining us with experience in change and risk management, asset management, and process improvement, with a focus in the energy and water industries. She has led strategic initiatives in asset management uplift programs and implemented sustainable operational solutions for clients in North America and Australia.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time connecting with friends, spending as much time at the cottage as possible and travelling.
