Born in a Diamond Mine is an ongoing project about my Generation (Gen Z); a generation born into crisis.
The interconnected crisis of capitalism, social and political unrest, environmental disasters, and technological transformation is becoming increasingly urgent and tangible.
With this project, I aim to create a ‘time capsule’ about and together with 100 different generational peers.
Via collaborative portraiture, I plan to archive the hopes, dreams and fears of this generation. With this project I want to break through the stereotypes and project the voice of this generation.
I’m still looking for participants!
So, are you between 20 and 35 years old and want to talk to me about your vision for the future?
