CHARLIE SINGLETON, a principal member of CAMEO, one of our greatest Funk bands, joins the IRTS! Live team! - Charlie has produced, written and performed on some of Cameo’s biggest hits! - His collaborative efforts with Cameo and other artists have contributed to the sale of more than 50 million albums worldwide! - He joined Cameo in 1981 making his debut on the “Knights Of the Sound Table” LP as a lead and background vocalist. He then began to play a more pivotal role musically on their 1982 LP “Aligator Woman” singing more leads, getting more involved with writing, and playing a fair share of the instruments. - In 1985, Singleton launched his solo career(while maintaining a presence with Cameo).
