5) lobster roll and hand cut fries, not me at all hyper focused on the small piece of lobster that fell out of the sandwich. Also, always hand cut and always double fry your fries. Thank me later
6 / 7) jew-ish fusion dinner? Scallion-(potato)-pancakes and a cold smoked, slow roasted brisket marinated in gochujang, soy, ginger, garlic, and martinellis apple cider. Really liked cooking this dinner!
8) Shout out to the @tinbuilding for shouting out the farms they get their produce from, and shout out to NYC for a quick impromptu trip back home

I’ve been looking forward to this hot dog for literally 2 months since the day @mischa.nyc opened. Finally made it back to nyc to get it and it was beyond worth it. $29 for a hot dog… #shutupandtakemymoney
