Last night my heart chakra exploded with love and gratitude. So much appreciation to
@iriscutter for believing in me and directing me so brilliantly,
@kcolpevets for trusting me to produce this undertaking at iO,
@ryanthebowman for taking on (with an already overflowing plate of responsibility) stage managing this beast,
@michelleloserby for helping me so much with my introduction video,
@selfoto for making me look SOO GOOD with your simply amazing photography artistry,
@andynebel and sensational daughter Elizabeth agreeing to film this dream project, and thank YOU to everyone that supported in person and afar, I love you more than you will ever know. I also owe it all to my dad, who I dedicated this project to, because sometimes when your dad has cardiac arrest in a swimming pool and loses his pulse for 16 minutes and miraculously survives with no brain damage, you simply must do a one woman show of his favorite movie (that you grew up watching with him every year) as a Christmas gift that he flies out for thinking that it's just an ambitious project that he's supporting and acts shocked when he finds out it was all for him all along.
"One Night, One Woman, One Wonderful Life!" I have a strange feeling this isn't the end of us (but hopefully no one I love ever has cardiac arrest ever again because that was, frankly: not fun).
the photos that were clearly not taken on a phone (all except for the last two):
@selfoto
Yes, my brother fell asleep after the show. It is exhausting to watch your sister run around a stage for an hour and 15 minutes. All the haters need to step off!!!!
