I’ve just completed the Water Module 🌀 My third week of facilitator breathwork training at @breathwork_portugal .
These trainings with Mela go incredibly deep and are at the same time so soft. It learned me how powerful and transformative our breath can be, it’s a bridge back to ourselves, to others, and to the present moment.
I’m now weaving this into a new holistic photography concept: combining breathwork and photography. By first opening through the breath, the images captured in a shoot -a few days- afterwards hold a depth, presence, and authenticity that goes far beyond the surface.
I’ll be sharing more about this soon here & on my website, for now, I let these pictures speak for themselves.
