Japanese Vegetarian Set Menu at IPPIN
IPPIN Japanese Dining presents a refined Japanese Vegetarian Set Menu, created for guests seeking a lighter, elegant and thoughtfully curated dining experience.
This multi-course vegetarian menu brings together delicate Japanese flavours, seasonal vegetables and umami-rich ingredients. Highlights include edamame with spicy garlic and ginger sauce, vegan tuna with yuzu kosho, steamed cabbage roll with kombu dashi, sesame tofu, miso eggplant, mushroom mazegohan with miso soup, and an omakase chef’s choice dessert.
Pre-order is required at least one day in advance.
Designed with balance, texture and flavour in mind, this set menu offers a contemporary vegetarian expression of Japanese dining in the heart of West End.
