Plan C, playing now at The Tank, blends two stories of quiet resistance in times of injustice. In 1620s Brussels, letter clerks create a spy network for Protestant revolutionaries to fight against the Holy Roman Empire. In a modern-day Appalachian town, an unsuspecting general store plays silent host to women’s healthcare medication banned by trigger laws. In classic @hookandeyetheater form, these stories intersect and collide to remind us that what’s past is present, and that when justice fails, hope has couriers.

Another Christmas Spectacular on the books…and it’s a lot of books! Over 150 performers including the Rockettes, singers, dancers, skaters, actors, 2 camels, 7 sheep, and a donkey. More costumes than we can count (though we suspect we’re close to 9,000). About a dozen outside shops and makers in addition to our core crew of rockstars in LIC. Countless bags schlepped all over town. A costume design team I am so proud to be a part of. And a partridge in a pear tree! #radiocityrockettes #christmasspectacular
