As we press play, we are immediately transported into a subterranean world living and breathing with and through sound. The sound permeates dense soil textures and moulds itself into shapes of its crevaces. It ponders if this is when it comes to be called music or if it really matters at all. It’s shapes are animated by movement that brings together all matter of sonic matter. We hear field recordings inextricably bound to synthetic sounds, swells of thick ambiences tickled by textural grain, voices chant and melt into drone plateux and extraterrestrial trasmissions making space for a deeply emotional finale that sits with you long after the very last note 🏹
