I signed the lease to Interzone 28 years ago today. Interzone has always strived to be a green business, but last year we really took it up a notch by adding a few new actually green colored things to our menu and it’s all been a hit! If you haven’t already, swing by and try our green chile cream cheese, the green chili omelette, the Los Alamos bagel sandwich, or the Zia burrito, all made with NM green chile and wash ‘em down with a Matcha latte.
