Next Thursday, May 21, we’re opening our HQ in Parramore for another Interstruct Connect after-hours industry networking event during Third Thursday Orlando.
This month, we’re proud to spotlight @Page15orlando and welcome Chris Beauchemin with Assemblage Wines into the space.
The evening will also feature new openings at @ArtCube_Gallery and our one-night-only U-Haul galleries as part of Third Thursday at Parramore Arts. Free onsite parking, and free downtown shuttle from CityArts at Pine/Magnolia.

Thursday May 21st, Interstruct and Parramore Arts present another great evening of art and a happy hour. I am curating the ArtCube. Angelo the Artiste will be showing his installation, Collection. Damany Cruickshank will be curating artists doing installations in 4 U-Haul trucks. The artists are Roberto “Yaka” Sebastian, Dessary Francis, Robb Johnson, and Ishaan Vadhera. The event runs from 5-8 pm. The artist’s talk will be at 715. This is one of the best events in town. #placemaking #contemporaryart #publicart #orlando #parramorearts
Travel + Leisure global headquarters was recognized as the GAME CHANGER at the 2025 @doporlando Golden Brick Awards.
This was the largest downtown office project in 2025. Interstruct completed the full renovation of the five-story, 186,000 SF building in just seven months.
More importantly, the project brings 900+ employees into downtown along the West Church Corridor, adding energy and economic activity to this important and evolving district.

The golden shovel is officially in the ground at our Waterset MOB project in Appollo Beach. This two-building, 23,500 SQFT project will be home to Florida ENT and Allergies’ newest location servicing the Waterset community and beyond. We are extremely grateful and excited to see this project come out of the ground.
We’re hiring in Tampa. Interstruct Design + Build is looking for an Architectural / Revit Draftsperson to support our architecture team—someone who can jump into production, collaborate across disciplines, and help carry projects from concept through permitting.
This role sits inside a fully integrated design + build environment, working closely with both architects and construction teams on active healthcare and commercial projects.
If you’re strong in Revit, detail-oriented, and want to be part of a team that actually builds what it designs, we’d like to connect.
