Propuh - Face the wind of woe 🌪️
“Propuh” is a Slavic superstition referring to a cold draft inside, believed to cause bad luck. In the game, Propuh is represented as an invisible force trying to enter the house. The other player plays the granny trying to keep Propuh out.
We have to be honest… trick-taking games usually aren’t our thing. (We even sold The Fox in the Forest because we really didn’t enjoy it 😅). But let’s just say that Propuh is different in a good way!
In Propuh, one player is Propuh and the other is Granny. Your goal is to place your tokens in the right spots by winning the right tricks. What makes it so interesting is that Granny seems to have the advantage, since they get to remove one of Propuh’s tokens every round… but that definitely doesn’t guarantee a win. 👀
Dante and I played this twice. The first game felt a little clunky while we were learning, but by the second play everything clicked a lot more and yep, Dante won both times.. 😮💨
