BARREL AGED BARLEYWINE STYLE ALE
ABV: 15.4% • IBU: 19 • SRM: 40 • OG: 31.5ºP
Brewed a few years back with our friends from Kane Brewing. A blend of Barley wine aged in two Interboro SMW barrels and a Basil Hayden’s ex-Bourbon since March of 2021 (2.5 years). Deep amber color with tan foam. Notes of dark stone fruit and warm spice aroma. Flavors of caramel and dried fruit, with a dry oaky finish.
