This #WomensHistoryMonth we celebrated women in our communities, their work, stories, and contributions. Our Denver and Dallas offices collected donations for Sacred Heart House of Denver and Family Gateway and volunteered helping hands at Women's Bean Project.

Black joy is Black resistance. This year's national theme for Black History Month is Black Resistance, and members of our Black community came together to share during a “Hear Me” panel discussion that dove into why Black joy is a powerful tool of Black resistance.
Mei-Ling Malone, professor at California State University Fullerton, illuminated this idea: “Black joy is living your best life despite living in a racist world set up against your very being.”
Both our Dallas and Denver offices held a joyful cultural celebration with amazing barbecue catered by Black-owned businesses, Smokey John’s and Boney’s.
