Just after his first release in 1992 as DJ Maaco, Tameko J. Williams linked up with DJ PDOG and formed M.A.P Records out of Detroit, Michigan. It was this label that laid the foundations for Detroit In Effect leading to the production of fan favourites, “Shake a Lil Faster”, “R U Married” and “In Yo Face”.
Today, Williams carries the D.I.E Flag solo, and he is getting a bag of tracks ready for the 15th of May at the Trinity Centre in Bristol 🪩
