Prone grind. Rail game came back right away, connections pretty quick but foam work is taking a bit longer. I think it’s because the new foils are so much faster the redirect is harder to nail. I feel like I’ve got the timing but am not getting the direction change fast enough frontside. But at my prime in the foam I was on the gamechanger 1260, lift 150v2 surf and uni vortex 175. You could almost stall at the lip and throw the board around. It’s making me want a bigger slower surf foil for these moments without giving up the glide. Sounds like a fun project 🤙

Flying on unbroken waves thanks to @foildrive . There’s no substitute for time on foil if you’re chasing progression. We get so many small days here where the conditions and tide don’t line up and it used to bum me out. With the drive you get so many more sessions, and low cardio reps. It’s an amazing training tool.
