I got to work making some decals a month ago and @statement_not_maintenance applied them to my digits. She TOTALLY knocked this set out of the park by making the iconic underboob cover on my thumb!

4 months, 3 bags of hot glue, 2 hands, 1 special little girl, and a whole lot of love made this come to life!
I made this little doll house book for my sweet niece for her 3rd birthday this year. All made of felt, hot glue, and any other materials I could find in the plethora of craft goods collected over the years.
Each and every piece was cut and glued by hand. My favorite pieces being the Heinz ketchup and mustard bottles! Every page was thought out with Maggie’s favorite things in mind; food items, tv shows, places to go, etc. Creating the whole family, including the dog, brought many smiles to my face and I hope it does the same for her. ❤️
The backside of the book has her full name spelled out in hand cut felt letters for an added touch of personalization. (I’ve left it off to maintain her privacy.)
This is a project unlike any other I’ve created and it was so much fun to put together! So much that it’s grid-worthy. ☺️

Last night: A Night of Stop Making Sense.
A24 played the remastered film at the Pantages Theater, the location where this concert film was originally shot. I swear I grinned from ear to ear the entire time, even as I cried happy tears!
Following the film was as a Q&A with David, Tina, Chris, and Jerry. (And an imposter lamp but that’s okay. I still love that they included the lamp!)
This was such a special experience and I’m so glad I got to attend, considering tickets sold out! I’m also excited that my David Byrne tattoo got to “take stage” with the super washed out boombox! 😉

Happy 10 year anniversary, Los Angeles!
I can’t believe it’s been a decade since driving halfway across the country in my constantly problematic BMW, filled to the brim with all of the belongings I could fit, and an empty seat for my mom to ride shotgun. 2014 Liv was quite a different version than she is now. (100% sure she would be proud of where life had taken us!) I’ve lived many lives since then and 10 photos has proven to be tough to fill - for good reason!
Countless special memories, friendships, and projects have been made these past 10 years and I’d like to say thank you to everyone who has been a part of my journey. So if you’re viewing this and we have memories together, that’s you! 🤍
1. 2014: That time I had a summer internship at Conan.
2. 2015: When I went to Sundance with Dog Bowl in the shorts category!
3. 2016: The year I finally got my California drivers license after putting it off for 2 years.
4. 2017: The year I shaved all my hair off and it was liberating as fuck.
5. 2018: I adopted my little best friend who has continued to give my life so much purpose every day since.
6. 2019: One of my last truly great jobs as a 2nd AC before pandemic was in the world’s regular vocabulary.
7. 2020: The transition year from camera department to producer.
8. 2021: That one time I shut down the DTLA 3rd Street tunnel for an episode of a Genesis series. Felt pretty cool to have shut it down then, still feels pretty cool now looking back.
9. 2022: This photo is party favor prep for my 30th trip around the sun and what would then become the year of big change!
10. 2023: The time I went to New York City for the first time for the premiere of Racing with Giants: Porsche at Le Mans, a project I helped develop prior to all the big change in 2022. This was also my first time trying solo travel and it was wonderful.
2024 has already had many highlights and I know there will be more to come. Since I never post, you’ll have to wait another 10 years to see what makes the cut! 😉
