Les stages « team Kylian Mbappé » se sont implantés à Caen cette année en commençant par le centre de pré formation du stade Malherbe CAEN. Une semaine dédiée à des modules autour de la nutrition et de la routine sportive, de l’histoire du club, de l’ouverture aux métiers du sport, de preventions aux violences présentes dans le monde du sport… mais aussi une semaine chargée d’ouverture culturelle avec un rallye dans le centre ville de CAEN et une rencontre avec des enfants en situation de handicap venus partager une journée mémorable. 5 jours d’expériences variées et émancipatrices qui engagent les jeunes et créent des dynamiques au sein des clubs. Les stages TEAM KM c’est bien plus que du football !

Every winter, the IBKM organises trips to the mountains for the association’s young people. It is a special trip, as the mountains offer not only stunning scenery and fresh air, but also an exceptional environment for physical health, as well as a peaceful, secluded atmosphere that fosters human connections. For many of our youngest members, it was their first time in the mountains and, above all, on skis. It was an opportunity to discover a new sport and challenge themselves, to help one another and to build self-confidence. As with every trip, we include activities focused on discovery (skiing, biathlon) and personal development, such as drama, board games, English lessons and discussions on various topics, which allow everyone to express themselves, exchange ideas and grow. A trip away from parents where we aim to foster independence, the ability to live together, to establish shared rules, and to develop the skills of listening and empathy. Through these trips, IBKM lays the foundations for a holistic education where the individual develops alongside the group, where dialogue and active listening are at the heart of the programme, and where building self-confidence, a strong work ethic and ambition are key priorities.

William, c’est un jeune footballeur qui rêve d’être comme Kylian, d’être un champion avec des valeurs. C’est un jeune joueur qui vient de rejoindre le @smcaen et qui rentre dans le programme de formation. Celui du joueur mais aussi celui de l’Homme qu’il va devenir. IBKM et le @smcaen partagent une vision et construisent ensemble un programme riche en expériences et en développement personnel pour des jeunes qui ont du talent dans les pieds mais qui en ont aussi dans la tête et dans le cœur. Un séjour à la montagne avec IBKM… pour se ressourcer au contact d’autres enfants, pour apprendre à skier, mais aussi pour faire du théâtre, pour jouer à des jeux de société et s’imprégner des valeurs défendues par l’association… Parce qu’on est un enfant avant d’être un footballeur.

Last week, the young players of Stade Malherbe Caen's 2012 generation enjoyed an experience that went far beyond the pitch. Organized in collaboration with the Inspired by KM association, the Team KM training camp offered a packed and educational program. An intense week combining sport, training, and openness, with highlights focusing on nutrition, building a high-level sports routine, preventing the dangers of social media, violence in sport, and money management. These are essential tools to support young people in their sporting and personal development. The camp also featured a number of memorable encounters. A club careers forum gave young people the opportunity to meet the people who keep Stade Malherbe running on a daily basis, discovering other careers related to soccer. Ibis also welcomed us to learn about careers in the hotel industry. Tuesday, Philippe came to share the club’s DNA, its history, and that of the region, while Pascal Théault, via videoconference, shared what it means to play for Stade Malherbe. Another highlight was the “sport for all” day, with an introduction to the Joëlette and an inspiring human encounter, reminding us that sport is a powerful vehicle for inclusion and solidarity. The week also featured a rally in the heart of Caen, with challenges, encounters, and a chance to discover the city from a new perspective, before concluding with the launch of an artistic project designed by the young people to renovate the changing rooms around the club’s values. This training camp is just the first step. During the upcoming April break, the Team KM program will be extended to all partner clubs in the region. In total, more than 400 children will benefit from this educational and civic program, reinforcing the regional impact of this initiative and the shared desire to pass on strong values to the youth of Normandy. Our academic support for the 98 young people in the IBKM association aims to enable each of them to achieve their ambitions by allowing them to reach their full potential, benefit from private lessons and receive personalised support tailored to their background and goals. Along the way, the older members of the association mentor the younger ones, sharing their experiences of higher education. IBKM is about support and knowledge transfer, helping young people break through glass ceilings and achieve their dreams.

This weekend, IBKM brought together the association’s young people and their parents for the traditional « galette des rois » celebration. It was a special opportunity to discuss plans for 2026, thank our volunteers, and highlight individual and collective achievements in 2025. It was also a chance to remind everyone of the importance of the bonds that unite us, the values of the association, and what we want to build together. It was a simple moment, where we enjoyed getting together, catching up, discussing our upcoming adventures, and strengthening the bonds that unite us. Thank you @accor for welcoming us so warmly to your hotel.

A look back at our sports camps last summer. For IBKM, sport is much more than just an activity: it is a way to educate, train the body and mind, experience strong emotions as a team, and draw on the strength of the group to gain self-confidence. Our camps are also special opportunities to help each young person push themselves and develop their independence. To do this, we introduce them to a healthy lifestyle, where cooking, board games, walking, discussions, and quiet time become real educational tools. We also make a point of getting out into nature. Because it reconnects us with what is essential, because it soothes, refocuses and re-energises hyperconnected minds, those that our society constantly demands of us. We deliberately form groups of young people of different ages: this is how knowledge is passed on. Between those already imbued with the IBKM DNA and the newcomers, between the older and the younger, a strong bond is created a bond that resembles that of a family. These IBKM sports camps are all of that... and much more.

These are the kinds of journeys that change our perspective and remind us that, no matter our background, culture or education, we can come together and truly understand one another. They also remind us that giving brings happiness that is even greater than receiving. This summer, we travelled with around twenty young people from the association to meet La Olla de Magda (@laollademagda ), a group of women who came together around Magda to provide food for the Finca community day after day. Kylian chose to support them by funding the renovation of the kitchen, the construction of a school and a football pitch. Alongside the young people, we helped to finish the work and met this courageous association, its women and children, and the entire community, which welcomed us in the most beautiful and generous way. Thank you for these unforgettable moments, forever engraved in our hearts.

The grand finale of the TEAM KM camps took place this weekend in Paris. The 12 winning teams from the rallies organised throughout the 2025 camps were invited to enjoy a unique experience in the heart of the French capital. Twelve mixed teams, representing twelve different clubs, coming from all four corners of France. On the programme: On Saturday, a day dedicated to disability sport, with in the @leprisme_seinesaintdenis , with hands-on introductions to para-sport disciplines and meaningful moments of exchange with Habeddine Sebiane and members of the @upsilonchatenaymalabry In the evening, a warm welcome at @ibisstyles Bercy. On Sunday, a major rally across Paris, discovering its iconic landmarks, its history, and the people who bring the city to life. An intense weekend marked by sharing, inclusion, commitment, effort, and performance. A weekend during which girls and boys from different clubs met, connected, discovered one another, and grew through these shared experiences. Two days to remind us that beyond the game and competition, sport is a powerful vehicle for shared values. Values that bring us together. Values that reflect who we are.

What a week for the young talents of @inspiredbykm98 in Abu Dhabi. More than a trip, it was a week shaped by shared values: ambition, teamwork, curiosity, and the confidence to dream bigger. An experience that opened new perspectives and strengthened their belief in what they can achieve. With Accor’s support, they had the chance to dive into the SailGP universe from the inside during the Mubadala Abu Dhabi Sail Grand Prix, 2025 Season Grand Final : and to experience the exceptional hospitality of @fairmonthotels throughout their stay. From a fun Mubadala SailGP Inspire wingfoiling session in Abu Dhabi bay, to discovering the innovations behind high-performance sailing at the Tech Base, the week was a blend of energy, curiosity and hands-on learning. They also explored the cultural richness of the city, visiting the Louvre Abu Dhabi, and enjoyed unforgettable moments behind the scenes at Fairmont, including a culinary workshop and a training session with @sailgpfra on the beach. And of course, they witnessed the intensity of the @sailgp F50 racing from up close, lived the excitement of competition from the SailGP Premium Lounge Accor area, and met passionate hospitality and sports professionals who shared their journeys.

These past few days in Abu Dhabi will stay with our young participants for a long time. Thanks to the invaluable support of our partners @accor , @sailgp , and @sailgpfra , they experienced something truly exceptional. From the cooking workshops and the introduction to wing foil, to the desert excursion, the visit of the Louvre, to step inside the techbase , meeting the French team, and even sharing a strength-training session with the athletes … every moment was a source of learning and wonder. They also had the privilege of attending the training analysis in a unique environment, before experiencing two full days of racing from the closest vantage point, right at the heart of the action. Through all these experiences, our young participants became aware of the incredible opportunity they had: meeting the world of SAILGP, opening their imagination, nurturing their curiosity, discovering a new culture, and developing ambition for the future. A huge thank you to all our partners for making this possible and of course, to @k.mbappe without whom none of this would be possible. These experiences inspire our youth, empower them, and open new horizons.
