From volunteering together to building a deeper team connection, it was incredible to welcome Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas (RMHC CTX) into our Gift of Discovery sessions in Austin.
Over two days, 20 changemakers came together to build self awareness, strengthen communication and connect in more meaningful ways.
As Kristin Coulter, CEO, shared: “We are very grateful for the opportunity Insights Discovery provided to the RMH Central Texas team. This was an important step towards building and equipping a new team with tools to support effective and meaningful communication and collaboration.
