My bloodwork results with @insidetracker 🤝 I think it’s extremely important to get regular blood work done. Blood work can tell you a lot about your metabolic health, cardiovascular disease risk, & your overall health (immune, inflammation, sex hormones, etc) I recommend blood work at LEAST once per year but preferably every 6 months. But for people who are super busy it can be daunting. You have to go to your doctor to get them to order it, then you have to schedule it with the lab, then you have to wait for your results & maybe your doctor will explain them to you. @insidetracker makes it EASY! Just sign up for an account online & you’re off. You don’t need a doctor’s order. You can schedule it online & choose to go to a lab or have a phlebotomist come to your home! They draw your blood & then a few short days later the results will be in your client portal But what sets @insidetracker apart from other services is not only do they tell you the results. They show you the reference ranges but also OPTIMAL ranges since many of the reference ranges are based on what is ‘normal’ now which is relatively metabolically unhealthy. Not only do they show your results, they tell you what each marker means as well as different dietary & lifestyle changes you can make to improve each. And when you get multiple labs over time you can see what happens to each marker over time I am particularly happy with my cortisol which is now HALF of what it was 2 years ago (not ironically a very stressful time for me) and my LDL cholesterol which has continued to come down. My inflammatory markers are also very low indicating good metabolic health 😬 I can’t recommend @insidetracker enough.
