A gnome on her quest to translate the melodic trance of the river spirit’s dance. Shimmering in the sunlight in an elemental show, that breathes light directly into the soul like a candle lit glow. Sweet like honey & hibiscus tea, medicine for the heart - an anchor to hold. The roots in the presence where we’re truly found & known. Where the water carries prayers that ripple to the sea, in the song of humanity’s collective shadow alchemy. A labyrinth in the jungle, a spiral through time, seeing the same places within my self, with new eyes. Humble to the bloom & the Yigüirro’s tune. First time coming across the bobinsana flower in person & I was soo excited to sing and hang out with this master plant teacher and the butterflies - the “heart opener” of the plant kingdom & the first medicine song I learned on guitar is in devotion to the consciousness of this magical plant ally. The sweetest creative puff of love easing pain with the alchemy of compassion & creative expression. Used in traditional dieta to process grief, trauma, and open emotional pathways. It is believed to help “recover the soul” and create empathy, love, and emotional catharsis. A decoction of the bark is used as a stimulating tonic and blood cleanser - also it is used for colds, uterine disorders, edema, and to support the immune system. Prayers of fortitude, clarity, & embodied sight that pierces through distortions with divine light. ⚔️🪶 (Trigger warning - childhood sexual abuse.) I pray to show up in humble love to the wisdom of my soul, to get out of my own way and let god’s echo bring me home, to be in right relation in service to the whole. The change I so deeply desire for safety, love, peace, & sovereignty has to begin within me. I cannot blame others for what is still pulsing through me. I will not feed a dying system that survives on suffering, abuse, & self betrayal. I will trust the visions of my inner world’s guidance & unplug from the veil. With everything coming to light with the Epstein files, elites being p*dofiles, & a huge spotlight on the abuse of power & darkness trickling into the veins of the systems in place in multifaceted ways. There has been an illumination on the reflection of this microcosm within me. One of my darkest nights of the soul shattering pains has pulled me into the depths of absolute rebirth that only comes from letting all you’ve known to be true (identities, patterns, attachments), die. I’ve pondered & debated sharing this online, but I truly believe we are soul warriors here to cast the light - on the shame, betrayal, & the taboo that lurks & grows in the shadows of distorted truth. So here it goes- I was sexually abused as a child, by my father. It’s been a complicated heartache of ancestral purification this past year since his death- of therapy, womb healing, mentorships & ceremonies. Calling all the pieces back to me that never had a place to express the grief and rage- not just mine but the wailing mothers, children, & the suppression of “hush hush don’t make a scene” that came before me in a bloodline of addictions & pedophilic entities. When my father passed away last year, I honestly actually hadn’t been in communication with him for over a year because I didn’t know how to talk to him- to tell him that I was starting to remember. I fell into a darkness of depression that felt impossible to break through. But I held myself there with compassion, reached out to community, I let it all be held & seen. (Continued in comments…)

Wishing you peace in your heart & trust in your spirit amidst this deep time of shedding, rebirth, & alignment as we come to the end of this calendar year & winter solstice. I feel we are collectively being pulled to the deep end, shook of the stagnant sediment & attachments that’ve held us in patterns & identities of limitation that were built on coping/survival. Illuminating what cannot come with us on the next chapter of evolution in our soul desires, gifts, missions, & potential. From disempowered to full accountability for our experiences. Devotion. Cosmic growing pains to see ourselves with renewed perspective- a rooted remembrance. Honoring the divine inner guidance.
