iK had a VIP sneak peek at Sea Scrub Sauna’s new Folkestone Harbour site, which officially opens its shipping container doors on Saturday 14th March ⚓️
The experience here is completely free-flow! Move between the wood-fired sauna - there’s two different ones available to prebook, three different temperature hot / cold tubs, cold plunge and fire pit at your own pace while taking in stunning panoramic sea views 🚢
The highlight? The Aufguss ritual, a traditional German sauna ceremony where essential oils are poured over the coals and the steam is circulated through the room, intensifying the heat and scent 🇩🇪
Oh and why not finish your experience with a cheeky Raman bowl - cooked fresh from the new onsite kitchen 🍜
