🙌 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘃𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗱: 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝟱 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 🎉 Earlier this year, Insert Productions turned five. To mark the occasion, we asked our team to vote for the top five live events they've worked on: 𝗧𝗶𝗸𝗧𝗼𝗸 𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁 Three events across different venues in London during one week in January 2025. Our teams worked tirelessly to deliver world-class events for our client Seen Presents 𝗔𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘀 𝗙𝟱𝟬 𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 Working with Wasserman, we helped adidas launch the F50 football boot at Protein Studios, followed by a watch party of the London 2025 Champions League final. 𝗔𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 We worked with the Equinox Group in 2024 and 2026, supporting their technical production needs across two stages and multiple expo booths, for the Arnold Festivals in the UK and USA. 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝗳𝗹𝗶𝘅 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝘀 Our client Seen Presents have gone bigger and better every year for Netflix at the Cannes Lions Festival—we're proud to have supported them with AV technology, digital activations and technical production services. 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 Supporting Wasserman at the Mini Retailer Conference, we provided technical production for the conference and the launch of a new car. Our solutions included a truss-mounted vacuum system which sucked up the kabukis revealing the new car. Notable mentions go to: Amex afters, Light Cycles, F1 Southbank, adidas Road to London. We had so many suggestions, which reminds us how fortunate we are to have been invited to support so many wonderful projects. 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄: 𝗗𝗼𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗬𝗲𝘂𝗻𝗴 This month we chatted to one of our Junior AV Technicians, Dorothy Yeung: ‘My love of musicals and live gigs sparked an interest in how those moments are created, leading me to study Audio and Music Technology in Bristol. There, I developed a passion for sound design and theatre mixing, which led me into live events and my role at Insert. I’m now focused on developing my skills in AV interactive experiences and the creative side of live sound.’ 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘀𝗼 𝗳𝗮𝗿? ‘My time at Insert has been great so far—the team is supportive and driven. I’ve really valued gaining hands-on experience across both warehouse and technical work.’ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁? ‘My first time building an LED wall was unforgettable—it was for a Microsoft AI event. It was challenging at first, especially working at height, but with encouragement from the crew, we worked side by side and I soon overcame it. Seeing everything come together live was incredibly rewarding.’ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆? ‘Be open, ask questions, and get stuck in. It’s normal to feel intimidated at first, but confidence comes with experience—this placement is a great chance to learn and explore your path in the industry.’ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻? ‘I’d say the TikTok Roadshow—it was fast-paced and intense, and a great opportunity to work as an A2 handling RF and mics across different venues. It also made me think outside the box when applying technical setups in different spaces. I learned a lot from it.’ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗼𝗻? ‘I’d love to work on contemporary art experiences, collaborating with creatives who turn ideas into live experiences and installations. I find it exciting to experiment with AV technologies that transform ideas into powerful, immersive experiences people can truly feel!’

𝗘𝗦𝗡 | 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗼 This week we’re supporting an @the_equinox_group production for ESN at the London Marathon Running Show at Excel London. Across four days, more than 60,000 athletes will visit the expo to collect their race packs and engage with leading sports apparel and nutrition brands ahead of race day. On the ESN stand, we’re delivering the LED screen and 3x1 video wall, helping power the content and atmosphere that gives runners an extra push before Sunday’s challenge. 𝗔𝗦𝗨𝗦 | 𝗕𝗘𝗧𝗧, 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻 We supported exhibition stand creators @taylex_group Group and @toucan_exhibitions with an innovative expo booth for ASUS at BETT 2026. Insert Productions provided AV equipment hire and technical production services, including a camera relay system—which ASUS employees used to show their technical servicing solutions. A camera mounted above the workspace relayed a live video feed to a wall-mounted screen, enabling the audience to see every step of the IT service procedure. 𝗔𝗕𝗕 | 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱, 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻 We recently provided technical production services and AV hire for an @the_equinox_group production for ABB at Data Centre World at ExCel in London. Building on a successful attendance in 2025, Equinox created a bigger and more engaging stand for ABB's space at Data Centre World 2026. Two 65” 4K touchscreens, back to back, were a key focal point of the stand, enabling ABB’s team to showcase their data centre solutions in an engaging, interactive way. Supporting Equinox’s design, we delivered both the touchscreen hardware and custom software—ensuring seamless integration between content and technology. We built the touchscreen app from scratch, with catalogued information detailing each sector of ABB's services for data centres—with a virtual tour embedded into the platform. 𝗧𝗼𝗽𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗔𝗜 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸 | 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 Last week in Manchester, we were proud to support @thgstudios in delivering the 𝘙𝘶𝘯𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘍𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 fashion show for Topshop—officially certified by the World Record Certification Agency as the world’s first AI-driven immersive, shoppable catwalk, presented by Patricia B. Working closely with the creative teams, Insert Productions delivered the technical production and AV infrastructure that brought the concept to life. The runway was designed as a layered digital stage, combining dynamic LED environments and atmospheric lighting to create an immersive setting that evolved throughout the show. Guests explored key looks from the latest 𝗧𝗼𝗽𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 and 𝗧𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗮𝗻 collections through a bespoke app—virtually trying on outfits, interacting with AI stylists, and purchasing pieces directly from the runway in real time. More than a traditional fashion show, 𝘙𝘶𝘯𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘍𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 demonstrated how technology and production design can transform the runway experience and create new ways for audiences to engage with fashion. 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 | 𝗜𝗖𝗘, 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗮 🥇 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲! 🏆 Insert Productions supported @the_equinox_group delivery of Digitain’s award-winning stand design at ICE Barcelona. We provided all technical production and AV hire needs, working closely with the design team and content creation studio to produce a stand which was voted the most innovative stand at the ICE Stand Out awards—a charter of recognition awarded by ICE organiser Clarion Gaming. Impossible to ignore, Digitain's stand was a beacon of innovation on the ICE show floor. Consisting of over 350m² of LED screens, with bespoke video content flowing across 4 playback surfaces, it resulted in a truly immersive visual experience. In addition to the headline-grabbing LED screens, which drew literally thousands of visitors to the stand, we supported Equinox with all their audiovisual technology for the installation. From meeting room IT and stand-wide networks to audio systems, lighting and 114 rigging points, we responded to every technical request from Equinox's design and project management team.
