Ep.1 “Study of Texture”
How does nature spontaneously create harmonious shapes?
The answer lies hidden in invisible processes: growth, pressure, pigment distribution, tension between cells. Each element follows simple rules that together generate complexity: it is mathematics manifesting itself without intention.
Nature does not “decide” to be beautiful, it simply functions. And in doing so, it creates patterns that we perceive as perfect because they respond to visual balance. Often there is no premeditated design, but a process. And the spontaneous process becomes art.
Insects take us back to a forgotten dimension. Feeling small and exploring what surrounds us.
Insecta was born from the idea of feeling immersed in nature, trying to reduce the line that separates us from it, this translates into events, installations, and curated experiences
In an era defined by permacrisis and based on progress, our aim is to return to our roots, immerse ourselves in nature, and recreate a deep connection that has been lost.
