Our new guest, Alex Kleve
@mr.kleve , has prepared an exclusive downtempo session for us — an invitation to step away from the dancefloor and immerse ourselves in house atmospheres infused with hints of melodic techno. Blending styles with effortless precision — his unmistakable trademark — Alex once again showcases the versatility that defines his sound.
Alex Kleve has been breathing electronic music since the mid-’90s. At just 18 years old, he founded Mistura Fina, a club that quickly became a meeting point for some of the most respected DJs in Galicia and across Spain. It was there that everything “clicked”: he realized his place was behind the decks, crafting unforgettable moments and turning the dancefloor into a shared collective experience.
In 2003, he moved to London and fully immersed himself in one of the world’s most demanding and vibrant electronic scenes. He became part of the Misstake collective, whose boat parties on the Thames became a true reference point in the city. He was also a monthly resident at Jaded at Club Cable — London’s most iconic and crowded afterparty — and spent six years involved with the SOLU collective, known for its strong international following.
His passion for music has taken him across half of Europe and much of South America, performing in cities such as Berlin, Venice, Lausanne, Liverpool, Barcelona, and Granada — as well as throughout Galicia. Over the years, he has shared the booth with artists including Richie Hawtin, Carl Cox, Ben Sims, Christian Smith, Loco Dice, Magda, Saytek, Uner, Layo & Bushwaka, Jerome Hill, Chris Finke, Roi, and David Mallada, among others.
Where he truly feels at home, however, is in marathon sets — long, intense, and uncompromising. That’s where Alex Kleve lets himself go… and where the dancefloor ultimately surrenders.
