My team and I believe in the idea that you can’t own fitness. We simply provide the space for people to practice it, grow through it, and discover what they’re capable of. The real power comes from the community we build together. One that welcomes every walk of life, supports one another relentlessly, and gives back to Napa with purpose and impact. ISR x lululemon x JP’s Backyard Ultra Training Run/Hike at Skyline Park. We had a fantastic turn out to our first training run @skylineparknapa for JP’s Backyard Ultra and Hike. We all come from different athletic and running backgrounds. However, it is best to be prepared for the rocks, roots, gravel, climbing & descending on the trails so it’s not too daunting on race day. People new to the course were pleased they participated because for some of them, the trails are a new experience. We had plenty of tacos and cool drinks afterwards. Future dates: ⏰ Time: 10 AM – 12 PM 📍 Location: 2201 Imola Avenue, Napa Training Days + Tacos • June 28 • July 26 • August 30 • September 20 Additional Training Days (no cookout) • June 14 • July 12 • August 16 Remember it’s not just miles. Train for strength and mobility and visit @innerstrengthresearch website and IG for the free strength and mobility training. Thanks to @lululemon Napa and @scarlettgoesoutside for the lululemon giveaway. And thanks to @edubalbuena and Mr. & Mrs. Jay Denna for the tacos and cookies! Intermediate Level demo for our Strength for the Long Run program that is free to download on our website store. This program is built for runners looking to get stronger on the trails and develop the durability it takes to handle long distances, no matter the terrain. This clip breaks down our Intermediate Level, the second of three tiers. Designed for those who have already built a base and are ready to progress, this level introduces added load and complexity while still being accessible at home with equipment like bands, dumbbells, and kettlebells. Calling all runners and hikers preparing for JP’s Backyard Ultra & Hike. Join ISR and @jpconbrio at Skyline Wilderness Park to get familiar with the course, build confidence on the trails, and put in work that actually translates when it matters. Whether you’re aiming for one 3.3 mile loop or stacking all 10, preparation is the difference. After your desired training, certain training days will consist of a cookout to not only refuel, but more importantly bring the community together. This is what proven programming looks like- 2nd place finish at the International Sniper Competition. Earlier this month our ISR athlete stepped up to the competition floor yet again, this time on the world stage. The International Sniper Competition brings together the best snipers this world has to offer from top military and allied forces. Two-man teams are put to the test across multi day, physically and mentally demanding events where strength, endurance, communication, and decision-making matter just as much as precision with a rifle. Our programming is built for performance when it actually counts- under fatigue, under pressure, and in environments where there’s no room for error. Tested at the highest level of competition, and backed by results that speak for themselves.

First demo video for our Strength for the Long Run program that’s free to download on our website store. This program is intended for runners looking to become stronger on the trails and build the longevity it takes to endure long distance on foot, no matter the terrain. This clip walks through our beginner level- welcome to those just getting into strength work, or even experienced trainers looking to set a foundation before entering our more complex levels. This level is intended to be easily doable at home with no equipment needed. Next week we’ll dive into our intermediate level.
