My name is Paulina and I'm a holistic licensed massage therapist, sound alchemist and energy worker based in Houston, TX. I'm deeply passionate about mind-body wellness~ after experiencing a health crisis in my mind 20s, I spent years making slow lifestyle changes and learning as much as I could about how to feel better in a sustainable way. Through herbalism, dietary choices, slow living, I eventually revived myself to a vibrancy that I hadn't felt in a long time! I came to massage school with an intention to understand the body-mind connection, and learn about how the subconscious lives in our physical form. I eventually dove into this through somatic trainings, which I still continue to deepen to this day. Currently, I offer 3 different healing sessions: - Winding River Massage: My signature myofascial flow inspired by the movement and rhythm of water, expressed through the skill of my technical studies & over 6 years of professional experience - Somatic Renewal: A conversational session incorporating somatic coaching techniques to guide you through your physical in-body sessions, designed to uncover what emotions these sensations are linked to, and create space to release & expand into your authentic self. - Spirit Renewal: An elegant blend of energy and sound work, intended to revive the spirit, create space for deep nervous system reset, invite clarity, and call vitality back. My flute journey has been an easeful, slow walk over the past few years. It started with my partner gifting me an ocarina for my birthday a few summers ago. I immediately fell in love with the feeling of allowing my Inner Wind to flow, and my little collection of breath companions grew. It has brought so much healing to my voice, my self expression, and my willingness to be seen. With the flute, I embrace melding into the flow of the melody. Giving the medicine while becoming the medicine, at the same time- empowered by the vitality of life, in rhythmic, prayerful breath. This beautiful triple Teotihuacan flute by @quetzalcoatlmusic_ with Purple Jade, Sugilite, and Kunzite has tenderly held my heart through this process.
