Lately I’ve been thinking about how fast time feels lately.
Like I blink and it’s 7PM again??!!
But apparently, it’s not just “getting older.”
It’s our brains getting efficient.
When you stop doing new things, your brain stops recording new memories.
So your days feel shorter — even when you’re doing the same amount.
And that hit me hard, because I’m in a season that’s so routine.

Client work.
Creating content.
Raising a puppy.
Healing my gut.
Repeat.
I crave structure, but I also crave aliveness.
So I’ve been forcing tiny doses of novelty into my days —
taking a different walking route, switching my breakfast, testing a new tea blend.
Nothing big. But enough to remind my brain that I’m still here.
Because maybe it’s not about slowing time down —
it’s about being awake for it.
These are the wellness things I’ve spent money on that were ACTUALLY worth it 😬
Health is wealth but only for things that actually make an impact for you, not just what’s “trending”. And honestly, “worth” is so subjective so what I might find worth it might be absolute waste in your opinion 😂
Lmk in the comments what you’ve spent on for your health that was actually worth it!!
One of my pet peeves is spending $ on things that don’t work AND that you can’t return 😭
This is my short list of things that have actually made a huge impact on my health and well-being from low to high cost items.

I also have another post on my page for low cost / free things that have made an impact on my health :)
Why are corrugated cardboard boxes like $5 each 😂 I don’t got economies of scale yet so I might have to bite the bullet and just pay premium for these VIP boxes 😩

just 6 years ago we were downing a bottle of red wine on the streets of Dublin 👹
and now I can barely even have one glass of wine before I get a headache 🤣
The shift from my party drinking days to now sipping on herbal teas all day everyday, wasn’t about becoming “boring”. It was about understanding the impact of what I put into my body, not only for the morning after, but for long term health.
I drank alot in my teens and early 20s, and I don’t regret it — I had a blast. But somewhere along my adulthood journey, I stopped chasing hangovers and started craving balance.
I love sipping on my teas, slowing down, easily falling asleep, and waking up well rested 🤎
Curious what we’re sipping on? This is my aged mandarin peel x goji x rose blend. One of my go to blends for the luteal phase (2 weeks leading up to your period).
✅ eases my bloating
✅ supports emotional health

I thought I was going to have to just accept that I was never going to get rid of my health issues. I spent a year — and way too much money — trying to fix my digestion, skin, mood, hormones. Supplements, specialists, tests…
it wasn’t until i slowed down and went back to basics that things started to shift.
for the past 3 months, i’ve been making my own traditional chinese tea blends to support every phase of my cycle.
the changes? • no more coffee dependency — and yes, i can poop without it now • stable energy all day • calmer moods and less anxiety
that’s when it hit me — if these teas could change my life, they could help other women too.
last month, i hosted a tea tasting party with my girlfriends to get their honest feedback. now, i’m sending sample kits to women outside my circle — and i want you to be one of them.
