Every Saturday during our Heavily Meditated meditation, I witness beautiful souls who are daring to be authentic and to tune into the present moment and listen to what arises from within.
And when they share what they saw, heard or felt, it shifts the entire room in a most profound way.
There is an acknowledgment, a true felt sense of Oneness.
To recognize one another is beyond precious. So often we are all hesitant to leave because we want to bask in this beautiful energy.

I have been thinking a lot about community and the importance it plays in our lives.
Studies show that our society is feeling more lonely and isolated than ever before.
Community can play a big role in easing loneliness because it creates a sense of belonging and connection. When you’re part of a community you have people to share experiences with. This shared sense of purpose can make you feel seen, heard, and valued—something that loneliness can make us feel is missing.
Being around others gives you the chance to share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, which helps build meaningful relationships. And when you have a support system, it’s easier to navigate tough times because you know you're not alone in facing challenges.
Community can also bring a sense of responsibility. If you’re involved in helping others, whether it’s through volunteer work, supporting a friend, or contributing to a group project, you feel needed, which boosts your sense of self-worth and combats loneliness.
Since 2017, the Inner Alchemy community has welcomed everyone. There have been so many connections made, so much healing has occurred, so much joy has been experienced and so much creativity has been born.
If you are feeling lonely, I invite you to join our free Saturday community meditations, to participate in any of our events or to join us in volunteering to make dinner for the West Seattle neighbor’s shelter.

Today marks one full year since we opened our doors in the heart of the West Seattle Junction, and what a beautifully transformative year it has been. What began as a vision has blossomed into a living, breathing community—filled with connection, healing, laughter, and shared moments of magic. They say a community that plays together, stays together—and we couldn’t agree more! Inspired by the stunning planetary parade lighting up our skies, we gathered at Constellation Park to witness Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn stretching across the horizon in a rare, beautiful line.
Laughter, awe, and shared wonder rippled through our group as we pointed, gasped, and simply marveled together. Moments like this remind us that when we show up for each other—and for the magic all around us—we create connections that last far beyond the stars.

Tomorrow, Inner Alchemy is joining the nationwide general strike.
We believe that tending to ourselves and tending to our community are not separate acts. In moments of collective pause, presence becomes medicine.
While our register will remain closed in solidarity, our doors will be open from 12–4pm as a space of care, grounding, and connection. You are welcome to come as you are—no fixing, no explaining.
We’ll be offering community meditations, sound healing, alongside a quiet, supportive space to rest, breathe, and feel held. This is an offering from the heart, for our community.
This day is about slowing down, listening deeply, and remembering that we are not meant to carry everything alone.
