"Quality" doesn't necessarily mean expensive. There are plenty of quality components you can buy that won't blow the budget. Let's talk about a couple of them.

Getting in a little bit of load development this morning. Today I am working with 30-30 Winchester. Powder is IMR 3031 starting at 28.5 grains and worked up to 30.5 grains in 0.5 grains increments. Using @starlinebrass and @speerammo 150 grain .308 “Hot-Cor” Flat-Nose Soft Points, which have been quite the performer in the past developments I have done.
