This dish was inspired by my community pool that I almost drowned in when I was a kid. I was looking at ass underneath the water and long behold I ended up on the deep side of the pool not knowing how to swim.
My mom grabbed me up from the water and told me “Get ya dumb ass out the deep end.”
And she fed me a elegant sandwich after my near death experience. So the name of this dish is called “The near light at the end of the tunnel.”🙂↕️🫰🏽

It hit me extra hard today that I’m leaving my hometown Maryland….🥹 .. I’m leaving behind family and friends and it hurts my soul I won’t be seeing them on a regular basis. I didn’t want to go through life with regrets so I decided to jump off the porch and experience life. Thank you to everyone that has been in my corner. Whether I succeed or fail in chasing my dream at least I can say I tried my best. I learned very quickly after my dad’s passing that tomorrow isn’t promised. He always told me to put 100% in whatever I decide to do. So this is me jumping off the cliff and going after it. Much love and thank you Maryland for making me the man I am today⭐️
