I gave her a rabbit foot thismorning, I think she likes them! Im loving my daily dose of outdoor dog. Shes been following us while I'm out with Coby. She got brave and came very close as if to say hello, but Coby got excited and ruined it with his big shouty mouth. #fox #foxes #wildlife

Sand bay. Devon Cliffs with the family. It was misty and wet and the beach was battered. I saw an awesome hearse, cuddled some dogs and ate takeaway.

After a couple of uncomfortable days and nights with wires glued to my head and chest and a monitor to carry about every where, they took it off. On my way out of the hospital I saw this picture... I thought it ironic. Anyway, wire gone, glue out. Now to wait for the results. #epilepsyawareness #Epilepsy

It's always a long walk to get to Ragwen Point, but it's worth it for the solitude left only by the sound of the waves against the rolling stones that make up the beach. On arriving I found sand at the foot of the stones that I had never seen before. There is nothing like walking on fresh sand on a newly laid beach. . . To be the first to disturb the gains and leave the mark of your footprints. I didnt even know there was sand that close to this cove.
