What is Zenthai Shiatsu?
Zenthai Shiatsu is an integrative movement based modality that blends elements of Thai massage, Zen Shiatsu and Osteopathy under the umbrella of Traditional Chinese Medicine. A holistic approach to harmonise our physical, emotional and energetic body.
I believe that movement is a key part of the healing process. In my treatments I invite clients to dive into the present moment, reconnect with their bodies, release stagnant energy, and restore balance, ultimately allowing the body’s innate healing power to come through.

Recently, I spoke with a friend about seeing beyond the facade and honouring the story each and everyone of us is carrying. We are so much more than a face, so much more than a body. We all have significant stories to tell that have shaped our lives. The moments that stay with us. The experiences that leave their marks. There might be times where we are consumed by these stories. I’ve certainly found myself there, not really knowing how to move on or let go of the trauma this body has experienced. And sometimes I am falling back into it. And yet, in that conversation, what became clear is that beyond this realm we are so much more than any single story.
This body is merely the vessel of the human experience, a place where life moves through us, not the sum of who we are. While our stories matter and deserve to be honored, they they don’t define us. What has happened „to“ us does not have to become who we are
Realising that we have the potential to create ourselves anew, moment by moment, can lift the weight some of these stories might hold. When we loosen our grip on old narratives, we make space for presence, choice, and possibility. We are not fixed by the past. We are alive in the now.

Our body loves to move in spirals 🌀
Our DNA spirals, so does the heart. Our muscles wrap around the bones in a continuous network of spiraling movement. Fascia, the connective tissue that wraps around every cell, organ, bone and sinew of our body, spirals. Did you know that fascia is not only a system of connective tissue, but far more than that? It’s our body’s innate intelligence to sense everything in and around us. It response to our thoughts, emotions and internal perceptions. It forms our posture and movement patterns, stores our emotions and forms our responses to life. How fascinating is that? When we feel tight or stuck physically or emotionally, spiraling movements can help the body remember its natural state, lengthen, release and unwind.
Freeing up stagnation 🌀
I invite you to incorporate more spiral movements into your life, it can support your mobility, joint health, strength, stability and mind-body connection. Feeling into where your body is asking you to move. Mobilise. Lubricate. Find those stiff areas and hang out here a little longer. Bringing fluidity, buoyancy and lubrication into your tissue supporting its health, flexibility and innate intelligence, allowing for the freedom of movement, creating spaciousness on a structural and emotional level.

once we recognise what’s underneath the fear we are experiencing and acknowledge what it is made of, it no longer holds power over us. It no longer controls us, as we start to witness a deeper process within ourselves, We redirect, we turn fear into discernment and reasoning 🌱

2 weeks since I injured my thumb. It had quite a profound impact in my life as I can’t do what I love most, offering body work sessions. Trusting my bodies ability to heal ✨
I haven’t been working for ten days and had time to do other fun and creative things, making this video was one of them 🤪
I haven’t used any conventional hair products in more then 7 years and just the other day someone asked what I do with my hair. It’s quite simple really but my hair and scalp seem to like it ✨ My hair is quite thin but I believe this works even better for thick and curly hair 🧡
Use about 1tbsp in two cups of water. You can keep the gel in the fridge for a couple of weeks.
If you want to soften your hair I recommend using 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar diluted in 1l of water to rinse 🙃
