On the occasion of the National Day of Made in Italy, we proudly celebrate a story that dates back to 1949. Ingram was the first Italian company to sign its shirts, at a time when shirts did not yet carry a brand, thereby contributing to create what the world now recognises as “Made in Italy”. Since then, we have brought excellence beyond national borders, becoming part of a shared heritage. We are proud to be recognised as a Historic Brand by the Ministry of Made in Italy, and we will continue to safeguard and enhance this legacy, which does not belong to us alone, but to all Italians. Happy National Day of Made in Italy to all of you! #MadeInItaly #Day #Ingram #since1949

The tailored shirt, made for everyone 👔
@ingram1949 was born in 1949 with a dream: to make this timeless garment accessible to all.
To make this possible, lawyer Fabio Inghirami created a company and patented machines able to automate every single step in the making of a tailored shirt 🪡
The many steps required to create these garments, made with Archive fabrics from the 1990s, still carry forward the story of Italian Made in Italy craftsmanship — a story you rarely see today.
